It’s dedicated to my grandmother Angela called "La Brogia Massaia", very good in the kitchen so that even now, after many years, I remember her dishes in the aromas and taste as if she was cooking them for me now: the Campigliese vegetable soup, or the Hunt a typical sweet Campigliese Schiacciata.
It’s dedicated to my grandfather Pietro, because this was the nickname by which they called him in the town (Boffa was the brand of an Argentine hat he always wore); he was a good Tango dancer, thing that he learned during the almost two years of his stay in Argentina, a passion that had remained with him, and that he fueled by dancing during the “Veglioni” that were organized during the festive periods.
